Latvian mitten heritage is a centuries-old tradition where mittens serve as symbols of identity, warmth, and spiritual meaning, with intricate, nature-inspired patterns. Haapsalu Lacy Shawl is world famous. We are organizing this tour in August, because as always in August there will be the Haapsalu Lace Festival. Participants will be able to attend the festival on Sunday, August 15th, filled with marvelous activities, knitting competition, exhibitions and much more.
