Knitted with four color yarn in traditional Estonian fair-isle style. This pattern comes from Tarvastu area in historic Mulgi Region, nowadays VIljandi County. It is depicting circles and squares.
Tightly knitted using 0-size needles and DK weight yarn. The blue, red, yellow and green yarns are hand dyed, 100% wool from Estonia. The off-white yarn is natural sheep color. They are perfect to block wind and wear in winter. Beautiful lacy ribbing is very elegant, like a bracelet around your wrist.
The gloves are color-worked all the way to the fingertips, which makes them warmer than average thin one-layer gloves. The yarn being rather thin makes them very comfortable to wear and they fit like a second skin.
Women’s size, approximately 8.
