#196: Finely Knitted Seto Estonian Lady’s Gloves in Vilo Style in Emerald Salmon Pink on Natural Grey Lacy Cuffs

Knitted with three color yarn in traditional Estonian fair-isle style. This pattern comes from Vilo area in Setoland, Estonia.

Tightly knitted using 0-size needles and DK weight yarn. The green and pink yarns are hand dyed, 100% wool from Estonia. The natural grey is sheep color. They are perfect to block wind and wear in winter. Beautiful lacy ribbing is very elegant, like a bracelet around your wrist.

The gloves are color-worked all the way to the fingertips, which makes them warmer than average thin one-layer gloves. The yarn being rather thin makes them very comfortable to wear and they fit like a second skin.
