#188: Finely Knitted Estonian Lady’s Gloves in Tori Style in Green, Natural Grey and Brown Yarn from Kihnu Island

Knitted with three color yarn in traditional Estonian fair-isle style. This pattern comes from Tori area in Pärnu County, Estonia.

Tightly knitted using 0-size needles and DK weight yarn. The green yarn is hand dyed, 100% wool from Estonia. The grey and brown yarns are natural sheep color from Kihnu Island in Estonia. They are perfect to block wind and wear in winter. Beautiful triangular ribbing is very elegant, like a bracelet around your wrist.

The gloves are color-worked all the way to the fingertips, which makes them warmer than average thin one-layer gloves. The yarn being rather thin makes them very comfortable to wear and they fit like a second skin.
