Knitted with three colored yarn in traditional Estonian fair-isle style. The pattern comes from Paistu area in historic Mulgi Region, nowadays VIljandi County in ESTONIA. It is an ancient motif which is called a Goat Eye Pattern.
Tightly knitted using 0-size needles and DK weight yarn. The red and blue yarns are hand dyed, 100% wool from Estonia. The grey yarn is natural sheep color from Kihnu Island. They are perfect to block wind and wear in winter. Beautiful trianglular ribbing is very elegant, like a bracelet around your wrist.
The gloves are color-worked all the way to the fingertips, which makes them warmer than average thin one-layer gloves. The yarn being rather thin makes them very comfortable to wear and they fit like a second skin.
Women’s size 7,5-8.
