Estonia has more than 2 222 islands, most of them are very tiny. But some of them are big and tensely populated, their history and traditions reaching back thousands of years.
During this handicraft tour we will visit three islands off the western coast of Estonia. We relax in a luxurious boutique hotel in Kuressaare, Saaremaa. We stay is a rural farm house B&B in Muhu Island and Kihnu Island, and a spa hotel in Pärnu. Pärnu is a lovely resort town on Baltic Sea with marvelous wide white sandy beach. On the way we visit Tõstamaa, which is famous for its in-lay knitting.
We learn local crafts: knitting, crocheting, embroidery, belt braiding etc.
